Tina and Amanda

Tina Louise has been a author, performer and actress in the United States for more than 40 years. She is most famous for her character Ginger Grant (in the 60s television show Gilligan's Island). The musical Bettle performed in Two's Company was her first stage role in the 50s. After that, she acted on Broadway for a number of productions until 1957 in which Li'l abner was famous at the National Theatre. Her album, It's too late for Tina that in the same year. Louise began with her Hollywood career in the year 1958 when she played Griselda Walden in God's Little Acre, a film that was dramatic. It was a huge hit and Louise received an award called the Golden Globe Award for the New Star of the Years category. As students of Lee Strasberg, she attended the Actors Studio New York. Another notable character she played was Ginger Grant, which CBS was the first to sign her on to play in the year 1964. Louise worked successfully in both Hollywood and Broadway as a somber character that reflected her reputation as a glamorous doll. Amanda Tapping..........................Amanda Tapping is best known for her acting roles as Samantha Carter in the series Stargate. In SG-1 and Sanctuary but she also made a mark as a successful television director with various series like Supernatural and The 100. Born in Essex in Ontario on the 29th August in 1965. The family relocated to Toronto at the age of three. Her childhood was spent in Toronto and through her teenage years. Her home was in Vancouver following her selection for the role of Samantha Carter.
