Zoe-perry
Perry is the child of Laurie Metcalf (actor) and Jeff Perry (actor). The role of Jackie Harris was played by her mother in each of her two appearances on Roseanne. She was not allowed to begin acting in front of her family until she reached an adulthood stage, because they were concerned about the anxiety it could cause. Perry shy and shy to be a part of the theater in her school, began to perform in theater classes at Northwestern University because she wanted to make new friends. After graduating Perry went to New York to search for TV work, landing a few roles in shows like Law & Order: Criminal Intent but homesickness brought the actress back to California which is where she discovered theater work. Perry's mother and I appeared on Broadway together for the play The Other Place, in 2013. The show was directed by Eugene O'Neill. Pulitzer Prize winner Anna Christie and Kevin McKidd. This was performed in the West Los Angeles' Odyssey Theatre Ensemble. Perry was featured nine times on The Family, an ABC drama The Family, in 2016. Her father played her on the ABC drama Scandal. She played a younger Mary Cooper (Sheldon Cooper's mother) in Young Sheldon. This spin-off series of CBS's The Big Bang Theory was an additional portrayal that was younger of her mother. The character was picked via auditions the fact that she had a deep association with it.
